- Preorders for each week open on Monday, flavors on same day donut orders placed after we open are not guaranteed.

While our system allows you to order donuts further in advance, we ask that you wait until specialty flavors have been updated. (This may not apply to larger orders if we have directed you towards ordering online ahead of time)
- Groceries are available for same day pickup (9am - close) in Davidson.
- Groceries are available for next day pickup (10am - close) in Matthews.
- Groceries are available for two day pickup (7:30a - close) in Park Road.
Example: Order before 2pm on Wednesday. In Davidson, pickup would be Wednesday, 3pm - Close. in Matthews, pickup would be after 10am Thursday or if you select Park Rd, pickup would be after 7:30am Friday.
Purchasing BreadWe bake bread in Matthews three days a week, with a larger selection on the weekends. Breads are available in store at Matthews and Davidson, and on Saturdays at the Davidson Farmer's Market (in season).
Q: It didn't let me choose a pickup time, when is my order ready?
A: Donut preorders for Matthews and Park Road are generally available when we open each day. Same day orders may take up to 2 hours to process, and we do our best to keep you updated by marking your order available for pickup or fulfilled in our system. In season, Saturday Davidson orders can be picked up from our table at the Farmer's Market (as Bazaar opens later). Orders for non-Saturdays are picked up at Bazaar.
If your order contains groceries, it will follow the timelines listed above.
Q: I placed an order when you were closed, when will my order be ready?
A: Orders placed while we are closed will be filled on the next business day unless another pickup day is selected. Although Bazaar is open on Tuesdays, our donut shops are not. Any donut orders placed for Tuesday will be filled Wednesday.
Q: Is there a way to order singles of mini donuts? Or specify flavors?
A: Unfortunately we are only offering minis by the dozen online to simplify our counts and maximize dough usage. You are welcome to add preferred classic flavors in the notes or call us to discuss your order! Mini donuts are not available same day and must be ordered by 8am for next day pickup.
Q: I'm having a birthday party/shower/wedding, how should I order?
A: You are welcome to order through our online store if we already have what you're looking for, but we'd love to discuss making the day extra special! Please reach out to our Matthews location and we can guide you through options and the best way to secure your date.
Q: I have a food allergy, are your donuts safe?
A: Our dough contains dairy, egg, and gluten and we fry our donuts in coconut oil. Our milk and dark chocolate ganache glazes contains soy lecithin. Our classic flavors do not contain any tree or peanuts but occasionally a specialty flavor does and can cross-contaminate the other donuts. Although the previously mentioned allergens are staples in our kitchen, we are continually adding new ingredients and creating new specialty flavors for our line-up. Please reach out to us if you have any allergy concerns before ordering!
Q: Do you make vegan or gluten free donuts?
A: Currently we only offer our classic donut. Some of our bread options are vegan, though all contain gluten.
Q: Do you offer curbside delivery?
A: We do! Just place your order online and call your pickup location when you're in the parking lot. Open a side door, window, or trunk and we'll place it inside your vehicle. While we do our best to accommodate curbside requests as soon as we receive them, there can sometimes be a 5-10 minute wait to receive your order after you call. Thank you!
